Monday to Friday 5:30 a.m.–9:00 p.m.
Saturday & Sunday 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Statutory Holidays 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.*

*Classes do not run on holidays. If the holiday falls on a weekend, the Downtown Y closes at 1 p.m.
Your YMCA is becoming more accessible! In addition to booking a class or swim lane, you can now purchase and/or manage your membership online. Program and swim lesson registration is coming this fall.
We're asking that all guests to our health, fitness and aquatic centres complete a 3-question screening process before entering the facility. You can now do this ahead of time online! Just complete the questions on your handheld device and show the green screen to the staff member who greets you.
We are drown-proofing the Okanagan by providing free swimming lessons to every grade 3 student in School District #23.
Thanks to generous donors, we offer Beyond the Bell; an after school program available to some of the Okanagan's most at-risk kids.
We believe kids should have access to healthy food and snacks in our programs.
Hundreds of local vulnerable children will be able to access healthy Y programs all because an incredible $60,000 and counting was raised at this years virtual YMCA Cycle for Strong Kids ‘Your Way’ event.
Cycle for Strong Kids, the YMCA of Okanagan’s largest fundraiser of the year, takes place this Sunday, May 30th. 100% of donations will help subsidize child care, camps, swim lessons, health memberships and recreational programs for low-income Okanagan children.
May is Child Care Appreciation Month and the YMCA of Okanagan wants to recognize those who work in Child Care for their dedication to shaping the minds and characters of future generations.
