Stay up to date on what is currently available within your YMCA and H2O centres on our COVID-19 Updates page

Welcome to the H2O community where you can have fun, find support, make friends, be healthy and reach your potential. We do this by designing programs and offering services that respond to community needs—your needs. Whether you want to become healthier, introduce your child to new experiences and develop new skills or give back to your community, there is an opportunity for everyone to participate at H2O.

At your request and for no extra fee, we can put your membership on hold for up to four months once per calendar year. This must be done in person and your membership card must be surrendered for the duration of your hold. Your monthly fee will continue to come out of your account and your held month will be added and credited to you on your anniversary date or at the time of cancellation.

You may cancel your membership at any time for an administration fee of $30.00. All cancellations MUST be done in person and membership cards must be turned in at time of cancellation. There are instances where we will have to wait 10 business days to ensure your payment has cleared. Though there may be a wait time to complete the cancellation, it will be backdated to the date that you completed the cancellation paperwork. Please be aware that at time of cancellation the computer will automatically prorate individually every day the membership was in effect and charge or refund accordingly.

As explained on your membership form, a $10.00 fee will be charged on all returned payments for any reason. All outstanding fees must be paid within three weeks of the payment date otherwise your membership will be subject to cancellation. Please remember to notify us of any banking or Credit Card changes or expiry date changes.
