As a charity dedicated to strengthening the foundation of communities, the YMCA of Southern Interior BC relies on the time and dedication given by volunteers to achieve our mission. Each year, we recognize our volunteers' outstanding performance and commitment through the Shining Star Award, Bright Light Award, and Sparkle Award. The names of these awards have been updated to reflect our Shine On focus.

Staff, volunteers, and members will nominate volunteers and winners are recognized every year at our Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, May 7, 2024. The nomination deadline is April 8, 2024.
