Your card is your key to the facility, if you forget it you will need to check in at the front desk. You are required to scan in each time you visit us at the Member Services desk. Should you lose your card, our Member Services staff will be happy to provide you with a replacement card for a cost of $2.00.

For the safety of all children in the facility, children aged 8 and under must have a responsible caregiver (16+ years old) in the pool, within arms reach.

Children 9 years old can swim alone but must have a responsible caregiver (16+ years old) in the facility at all times.

We are pleased to offer complimentary locker use for our members. Simply exchange your membership card for a locker key at our Member Service Desk. At the end of your visit please relock the locker, remove the key and exchange it back for your membership card. Lockers are for single-day use only and are emptied out every evening after closing.

All children 8 years old and under must be within arm’s reach of a responsible person 16 years or older at all times. For the safety of children aged 9, a responsible person 16 years or older must stay in the facility at all times. For your convenience life jackets are available at no cost on the pool deck.

Swimmers must be at least 12 years old or over 4 feet and 4 inches to use the 3 meter diving board, according to the Lifesaving Society of Canada.

The YMCA is a charity. We work hard to ensure that everyone can participate by offering a Financial Assistance Program for those in need, and providing a reduced-rate membership fee to low income individuals and families. In addition to financial assistance, the YMCA and the City of Kelowna will work together to reduce other barriers to access for all citizens through special programs and events.
