This class is for anyone who wants to build up strength, coordination, and balance in an age friendly environment. Fit for Life 50+ is designed to help keep older adults strong, healthy, and independent by focusing on fitness to help with activities of daily living. Take your workout to the next level. This class will get you to push your limits and increase your cardio, strength, and core. It’s our Bootcamp class, taken to the max!

Intro Tai Chi

This class is a great place to start if you have never done Tai Chi before. Each week, a portion of the 24 Form Tai Chi will be broken down into segments using upper and lower body movements, balance and co-ordination. Great for mind and body connection, agility, memory and strength.

Chair Tai Chi

Upper body flow movements of Tai Chi can be performed in a chair, on an exercise ball or standing. This class is great for beginners of any ability level and promotes mind and body connection, coordination, memory and strength.

Advanced Tai Chi

This advanced class will use both upper and lower body movements and will take you through the full 24 forms of Tai Chi. Great for mind and body connection, agility, memory and strength.Previous Tai Chi experience is recommended.

This class incorporates something new into your total body strength and toning regime! Using a variety of resistance methods and musical timing, we work on every major muscle in this fun and exciting atmosphere. Designed for those who are just getting started with a less intense, 30-minute class.

This class helps add variety into your total body strength and toning regime. Using a combination of free weights, body weight, exercise balls, bands, BOSUs, multiple training methods, and musical timing, we work on every major muscle in this fun and motivating atmosphere.

Group Strength 50+

This effective and safe fitness program for older adults combines cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility. This class is designed to keep you strong, active and independent both at the gym and in daily life. A variety of equipment may be used (free weights, bands, TRXs, BOSUs, and more).

Intense Intervals

Based on Tabata Training, Intense Intervals is an interval class with many variations–a set of exercises followed by a shorter set of rest. Intervals are a great way to maximize benefits in the least amount of time. This high-itnensity class is good for immediate to advanced fitness levels and is designed to improve your cardio and strength in minutes.

Small Group Training

Experience a personal training session in a small group setting. This class has a maximum of 4 people, to make sure that each participant gets the attention that they need. This full-body workout is flexible, with modifications available to make the exercises more or less challenging. With a different workout every time, there is ample opportunity to try something new.

BOSU® Intervals

Participate in High Intensity Interval Training usign the BOSU® Balance Trainer. Alternate short bursts of high-intensity exercise followed by recovery periods for a more tim-efficient workout.

Barre

Barre is a unique class that incorporates ballet movements. Improve your posture, increase your flexibility and strengthen your shoulders, legs and core. This class includes the use of light weights. Instructors will offer modifications so you can progress at any level.
