Intro Yoga

Mindfully explore basic yoga poses with emphasis on proper body alignment and breathing. Improvements may be seen in the areas of strength, flexibility, balance, and stress reduction. This class is appropriate for anyone regardless of age, flexibility, and previous yoga experience.

Chair Yoga

Using a chair for assistance, poses are modified to improve strength, balance, and mobility. Other benefits include focusing on mindfulness, posture, and breathing. This class is open to all abilities with chair options for each pose.

Yoga

This class combines traditional poses, breathing, and basic meditation techniques to reduce stress and increase strength, flexibility and your overall well-being. Various equipment may be used (blocks, straps, bolsters, foam rollers, exercise balls, etc.). Beginners and those new to yoga are welcome.

Flow Yoga

This yoga is full of movement and motion. The focus being on alignments and technique. It also helps you with your breathing and relaxation, while strengthening and stretching.

Meditative Yoga

Guided meditation and breathing will help reduce stress, and create harmony and balance. Movements will leave you feeling refreshed and energized as you restore spirit, mind and body. This class is open to all abilities.

PiYo®

PiYo® LIVE is an intense, strength-based class using bodyweight resistance training complemented with low-impact athletic drills. It is music-driven and also incorporates flexibility training inspired by yoga, Pilates, dance, and performance art.

Stretch & Roll

Using foam rollers, learn self-myofascial release techniques to massage away muscle tension, knots and improve flexibility and range of motion. Try this class to stretch after a strenuous workout, to “pre-stretch” tendons and ligaments, or to just feel good.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle and restorative poses will help you achieve physical, mental, and emotional relaxation while calming your nervous system and reducing stress. Mindful movements, breathing, and guided meditation will help create a sense of well-being and peace. The class is suitable for all abilities with mostly seated poses and includes the use of props (bolsters, blocks, straps).
