Meet with a Y Health Coach for a 60-minute one-on-one fitness coaching program up to 4 times a year with your membership.
Personal Fitness Coaching is perfect for someone who needs a full body workout plan to refresh their workouts or someone that is new to the facility and needs a few pointers to help them get started. This coaching differs from personal training as it is meant to provide a full body program or orientation, instead of specific/in-depth training that may be sport specific.
Personal Fitness Coaching can encourage exercise adherence through accountability and movement comprehension.
