Current members can reserve their spot in a fitness class directly from the schedule below. If this is your first time booking, or you would like to download the mobile app, scroll past the schedule for more information.

Become a member

New Users

If this is your first time booking a class, you will need to create an account in our booking system. Your membership will then need to be verified in the system by a member services representative before you can start booking classes. Call 250-491-9622, email membership@ymcaokanagan.ca or visit your centre.

Cancel Your Booking
Internet Browser

To cancel a class, go to "My Schedule" (under "My Info") and click the "Cancel" link beside the booking you wish to cancel.

Mobile App
  • Open the app (make sure you are logged in).
  • Tap on "profile" in the bottom menu.
  • Tap the "cancel" button beside the booking you wish to cancel.
Update Your Information

Your profile information (email, phone number, preferred location etc.) can be accessed in the "My Info" section.

  • Open the app (make sure you are logged in).
  • Tap on "profile" in the bottom menu.
  • Tap the "EDIT" link in the top right corner.
Virtual Class Troubleshooting

Your link to the class will arrive in your inbox 30 minutes before the class starts (check junk mail if not in inbox). If you sign up within 30 mins before the class starts, the link will be sent to you immediately.

To optimize your virtual class experience, please ensure the following:

  • Your browser and device you're using are updated with the latest versions of their software. (The ideal browser to use is Google Chrome, but Safari will also work.)
  • You've restarted your device prior to joining the virtual class
  • You've gone into your settings and have cleared your cookies and cache
  • You've turned off any pop-up blockers
  • You're connected to a stable wifi/internet source that is the fastest speed available to you
  • You've considered plugging in a speaker or using wireless headphones for better sound quality
  • You aren't trying to speak to the instructor via your microphone throughout the class
