Live online fitness classes

For that extra level of connection, some of our instructors have been volunteering their time to host live fitness sessions through the YMCA of Okanagan Facebook and Instagram pages. Personalized Exercise Plan

For our Y members who would prefer individualized exercises vs. group exercise classes, we can develop a personalized exercise plan to help you stay on track to reach your health goals. Email Collin Polmear and he will design a plan specific to your goals and needs. He will even provide ongoing coaching support through our Trainerize app.
