Fundraising Events

Getting involved in a YMCA fundraiser or hosting an event in support of the Y enables you to give back to your community in a meaningful and fun way!

Sponsor one of the YMCA's signature events

The YMCA has three signature events that we run each year: YMCA Cycle for Strong Kids, YMCA Healthy Kids Day, and YMCA Move to Give. These fantastic events come with plenty of opportunities for sponsorship with different levels of recognition. We'll be updating our website with more information on these signature events soon.

Host your own fundraising event

Hosting a fundraising event is easy.

  1. Come up with a great idea! Funds from events can be generated through sports tournaments, walk/runs, dinner ticket sales, auctions, percentage of food/beverage sales, sponsorships, bottle drives, car washes and so much more.

Gift of Securities

Gifts of Publicly Traded Securities are a strategic way to give. A donation of securities or mutual fund shares is the most efficient way to give charitably, allowing you to give more by not paying tax on capital gains.
