Stay active and connected

You’re never too old to engage in the physical and social benefits of playing sports. All skill levels are welcome to drop in for some fun. Bring friends or make new ones as a part of our friendly Y community.

If you’re not a member, check the hours and drop-in pages before you go, and don’t forget to bring your ID. Youth drop-in is for ages 13–18 and adult drop-in is for ages 19+.

Basketball was invented at the YMCA, and it's still going strong here! The gym will be open and basketballs available for unstructured play. Located at the Kelowna Family Y only.

Come have a blast playing a game of volleyball! Please note that drop-in players must set up and take down the net. Located at the Kelowna Family Y only.

Pickleball is a racquet sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. We are currently only offering recreational pickleball (no competitive times). Located at the Kelowna Family Y only.
