For over 40 years, the YMCA of Southern Interior BC has been meeting our community’s most urgent needs. Every Y program and service can be subsidized, or is free, for those who face barriers. We offer financial assistance on camps, preschool, personal training, and every paid service we offer.

We also assess our community's emerging needs and develop free programs to help fill in the gaps where needed. These free community outreach programs such as our Young Parent Program, Senior Health Assessments, and Mindfulness Groups to name a few, are designed to help ignite the potential in high-risk individuals.

Your donation will provide support, positivity, and guidance to those who struggle the most. Please consider helping us remove the biggest obstacles holding our neighbours back, so we can all shine.

100% of donations support our charitable cause. Income from our operations pays bills like utilities, wages, and marketing so your entire donation helps people in need access support.
