The YMCA of Okanagan offers Fitness Certification programs to help you reach your goals. Learn to lead, build your skills and take on a new challenge with one of our upcoming training modules. 

Program modules include Cycle, Strength, Aqua and Yoga and will equip you with the skills and flexibility teach an engaging class while adjusting to suit for varying abilities. 

And, if you choose to donate your time and continue your practice as a YMCA Fitness Volunteer, we will train you for FREE!

(No classes on September 30, October 7 and November 11)

Cycle Module

October 14–November 4

Sundays, 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. at the Kelowna Family Y
